At Tori Richard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our resort wear. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to track its progress back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
